We have had problems with people being unable to connect to the server for a few days now, and just tried restarting the server, which didn't help.
When I press Refresh on the server list, it says "Waiting for response from Master Server", and the same goes for Knuckles. So I'm thinking something is up with the server provider for the entire game, which we will need to wait for them to resolve.

I just took a quick look and I am having this same issue when refreshing the master server list.

I'm having the same issue, not the first time I haven't been able to connect directly through the game. I would be able to connect through xfire but so far no luck

Steinman, if it shows the count-down thing, wait for a while, it may have to count to 6 or 7 before it connects

Oh, I'll give it another shot. I tried twice but it counted all the way to 12 and then said "Server disconnected"

I have not been able to get Master server to respond for over a week. Tried reinstall of game but my install disk is now corrupt. Tried downloading game from Steam. Wrong version!! I am now out of options. I love this game and my Buds in game, but i am afraid i may never be able to play again. SAD DAY in The neighborhood  Gramps

Gramps, it is possible to downgrade your game. You should be able to find a way on Google, and otherwise I'm sure some of the more technically able guys in the clan can help you out.

No problem I doubt the main server will come back, but you can connect through the console by typing /connect 8.12.17.100:28960.
