Server restart 2017.01.10

Taking the server offline at approximately 0700 PST (1500 UTC) to remedy a master server list issue. I will update this thread as soon as the server is restarted.

In the mean time I have downgraded our 1.7 server to 1.2 and set up a mixed game rotation. Stop in and check it out...
