how do i join the clan if it says locked on the top left hand corner next to new topic in the Clan membership Application page?

how do i join the clan if it says locked on the top left hand corner next to new topic in the Clan membership Application page?

Either use the email or like many people have - just like this topic, create a new thread and copy and paste everything that's in the lock topic over and answer the questions.
