Well, just one of those days, going from an HMS meeting..Crashes down the stairs due to something "stashed" where it shouldnt be...
120Kg in downwards motion..Gravity is a friggin B*** :-)
So I ended up cracking my knecap...Ripped off a few tendons and...Well, yeah...Happy days :-/
Worst part, was my 4th week at new job.....................................................................................................

Hello my friend gee you certainly don't do things by half measure, just the pain level is not over the top and if at home recovering then you can play more. Wishing you a very speedy recovery. Remember to keep your eyes open when walking. SpOOk :(

sorry about the injury. this is mine, I fell down a flight of stairs on April 1. Ripped all the quad ligaments. I can understand what you are going through. I can do nothing but pray that you have a speedy recovery.
